What does the 10-year warrantee cover?
It covers the substrate, laminate and lamination when the product is used under normal, fit-for-purpose conditions.
Is freight include in the pricing?
Freight to resellers is free to metropolitan areas on orders over our minimum freight value. Note: There is a packing fee on every dispatch.
Can the public buy directly?
No. Only commercial businesses can buy direct.
Do I need a forklift to unload my packs?
Yes, it is recommended. Please stipulate if you need smaller packs.
How long should I expect my order to take to be processed?
Allow one week for processing plus freighting time.
Where would I use lightweight plywood?
Lightweight plywood is ideal for the joinery in motorhomes and caravans. The plywood is 35% – 40% lighter than MDF, reducing the weight of the motorhome or caravan. Plywood is also more water resistant.
Why is New Zealand MDF better than others on the market?
New Zealand only produces E0 board which has very low formaldehyde levels which makes it very safe and nice to process. New Zealand has a very fast-growing pine time, creating a long wood fibre which, in turn, creates a strong board with good screw holding abilities.
