Greys’ Ave

Grey’s Ave, or Te Mātāwai, boasts two buildings, each 12 levels and provides Aotearoa’s most vulnerable with, safe, clean and beautiful accommodation.

This project had a tight deadline, very specific requirements and was running behind. They needed a quick, durable solution to speed up construction and finishing of the building.

So, we recommended, SwiftLiner, our new interlocking pre-finished wall-lining.

It was a big ask for the debut of our new system but we’re proud to announce that it was done in 12 weeks, 327 panels installed by two builders, and if we may say so, looking quite good.
