Huia House

Huia House is a nursing student residence and a restoration of an original building. The structure was there but it needed some fresh life breathed into it.

Working around the inherent complexities of an older building, and with the designers vision is a difficult balance. The material needed to appeal to everyone, from an aesthetic to a function perspective, and stand the test of time.

From the joinery to some of the furniture, Huia House boasts our TitanPanel product, which is impact resistant, durable, stylish, moisture resistant and made to fit in just about anywhere. It fulfilled all requirements and passed the required standards with flying colours.
