Compac Panels is a specialist manufacturer of inspiring, sustainable, laminated MDF and plywood panels for processing into fit-for-purpose final products.
Our panels are used by fellow Compac Group companies – Compac Home and Compac Commercial, along with a wide range of New Zealand and Australian manufacturers and re-processors.
We process our panels in Dargaville, Northland, New Zealand. The MDF is all FSC-certified that is sustainably harvested from New Zealand radiata pine forests and the plywood is imported, from sustainably grown forests. The laminates pressed are mostly paper based and come from high-quality European produces who also follow the same high environmental standards.
Panels are laminated without the use of any toxic chemicals or plastics. No rainforest or native timber products are used in any phase of our manufacturing. We guarantee it.
Our two state-of-the-art, European lamination lines produce up to 3000m2 a day. The combination of high-volume PVA lamination and high value PUR hot melt lamination delivers efficiency, flexibility, and supply certainty for our customers. Along with outstanding quality.
This modern pressing equipment can press low-cost paper laminates through to high-end HPL and acrylic finishes, on to substrates that range from 2.7mm – 25mm thicknesses. And we can tailor to suit individual needs.
Compac Panels (previously Sensora Laminates and, before that, Paneltec Industries) has experience in manufacture and supply dating back to 2008.
Those 15 years’ operation have stood us in good stead. And we continue to invest in our people, plant, processes, and relationships with customers and suppliers to deliver products and service that consistently exceed expectations.
