Specifying for bathrooms & laundries

Selecting the right decorative panel, substrate and edge treatment helps bathroom and laundry cabinetry withstand humidity, splashes and everyday use without compromising the interior design.

Bathrooms and laundries place greater demands on interior cabinetry than dry living spaces. Humidity, occasional splashes, cleaning and changing moisture levels mean the decorative surface, substrate and edge detailing should be considered together.

Wet Surface
PanelLam_1

PanelLam combines a durable high-pressure laminate surface with a wide choice of solid colours, woodgrains and mineral designs. Its hardwearing, easy-to-clean finish makes it a practical option for frequently used bathroom and laundry cabinetry.

SatinWood_1

SatinWood brings the warmth and texture of woodgrain to cabinetry in a soft-matt finish. Its fingerprint-resistant, easy-to-clean surface helps maintain a refined appearance across vanity fronts, tall cupboards and laundry storage.

Acrylic_1

Acrylic offers gloss and matt finishes for clean, contemporary interiors. Gloss surfaces add depth and reflect light, while matt finishes create a softer, understated appearance. Both options provide a smooth, easy-to-clean surface for bathroom and laundry cabinetry.

A stable foundation

GoldenEdge HMR-0 is specifically designed for interiors exposed to high relative humidity. Its low-swelling characteristics provide good dimensional stability as environmental humidity changes. In wet cyclic testing, 18 mm GoldenEdge HMR-0 recorded less than 5% thickness swell after 24 hours.

MDF Stack-1

Moisture-resistant does not mean waterproof. These panels are intended for interior

cabinetry and decoratiave surfaces. They do not replace waterproofing membranes or compliant wet-area wall linings where surfaces are directly exposed to water.
